How do I receive my purchase?
Everything is an instant download. The files are available as soon as the order completes, through the shop you bought from.
Do I need an app or an account?
No. Every title is a file you download and keep. Nothing here asks you to sign up for anything or log in to use what you bought.
What format are the files?
Printable PDFs, and depending on the title a spreadsheet or a document you fill in from any browser. Each title's page lists exactly what is in it and in what form, before you buy.
Can I print them at home?
Yes. Everything is sized for standard US Letter paper and prints from a home printer or a print shop.
What am I allowed to do with the files?
Use them for your own household. Print as many copies as you need, fill them in, and send them to any college your student applies to. You may not resell them, pass them on outside your household, or use them in work you charge for, such as advising other families for a fee. If you want to use them with clients, message us first.
Can I get a refund?
Instant downloads are not returnable, which is the rule Etsy applies to every digital file and it applies here. If something is wrong with what you received, a file that will not open or a page that will not print, message us and we will put it right.
